Member Financial Service Representative
We’re hiring a Member Financial Service Representative who will serve as a trusted advisor to our members. This role combines teller responsibilities with consumer lending and member service—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and meaningful interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist members in-person, by phone, and via digital channels
Open and manage accounts (checking, savings, CDs)
Perform teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.
Provide product and service education to members
Assist members with consumer loan applications (auto, personal, etc.)
Present loan options, explain terms, and ensure complete documentation
Follow up on loan accounts for any issues or delinquencies
Maintain compliance with internal policies and lending regulations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
2+ years of experience in a financial institution (credit union or bank)
Knowledge of consumer lending practices and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Teller
The credit union is seeking an Experienced Professional Sales Liaison to perform a variety of transaction services within accordance of the Credit Union’s policies and procedures. The individual in this position will provide; excellent service, accurate account transactions and detect fraudulent activity. They will perform any other financial needs of the department. Tellers must encourage new business development and participate in cross selling, special promotions, achieve all sales goals and provide member education. Tellers must be friendly, accurate and professional. Tellers must be able to work at any one of our 2 locations.
Controller
The credit union is seeking a Controller to develop, manage, and maintain reliable accounting information and reporting on income, expenses, assets, liability, and capital for management planning and decision making and for fulfilment of financial reporting requirements. Reconcile GL and bank accounts. Manage the activities of the accounting department and staff. Ensure that reports, accounts, systems, policies, and practices adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the financial and accounting functions of the credit union to include: ALM, AP, AR, budgets, collections, GL, financial analysis, financial reporting, investments, payroll, taxes, tax returns and record retention.
Implement policies and procedures for the accounting department and ensure that policies and procedures reflect current regulations and are communicated to and implemented by subordinates.
Reconcile revenue reports, unbilled variances, special projects, payroll and timesheet reports, and claims disbursements. Prepare daily balance sheet analysis and cash position analysis.
Responsible for general ledger reconciliation, analysis of financial accounts, and preparation of journal entries. Provide end-of-month close and produce monthly financial statements.
Ensure that all activities of the department are in accordance with GAAP and that the accounting records are maintained accurately and in compliance with laws and regulations.
Maintain a well-trained staff and be able to cover in their absence.
Develop and implement processes to streamline credit union accounting procedures.
Provide regular reports to management of all accounting activities for the credit union’s accounting department.
Monitor fixed asset management.
Conduct special accounting studies, analyses, and special projects as requested by management.
Assist in the development, production, promotion, and sale of the credit union’s products and services to determine cost effectiveness.
Provide information regarding investment decisions.
Assist the VP of Operations with regulatory agency examiners and auditors.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
