Collection Specialist

Greater Kentucky Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a Collection Specialist to work in our Collection Department. They will perform a wide variety of administrative duties pertaining to the collections of share drafts, loan payments, and credit cards.

This is a full time position with the following qualifications and specific experience:

• Represent the credit union in a courteous and professional manner while reducing delinquency
• Must apply and communicate policies and procedures for the department
• Must ensure compliance of rules and regulations
• Must possess the desire to reduce delinquencies and meet all department goals
• Will assist the Department Manager with all other collection needs
• Prior collection experience with knowledge and experience in Repossession and Bankruptcy helpful.

Good credit history is required.

Member Financial Services Representative

Greater Kentucky Credit Union, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Lending Professional to fill the position of Members Financial Services Representative. This position is responsible for providing excellent financial services to members by presenting, explaining and processing all services and products. Products knowledge for savings, checking, CD’s, IRA’s, Auto and Consumer Loans is required.

Applicant must be sales oriented, professional, confidential and maintain complete and accurate documentation. Experience and proven ability to assess lending risk for approvals, denials, and counter offers is essential. Mortgage origination, documentation and compliance preferred.
