Visa® Online Banking


Visa® Online Banking is back and better than ever! Now, you can login through your Greater Kentucky Credit Union CU 24/7 Online Banking to view your Visa® balance, transactions, make payments, and more!

HOW DO I GET TO VISA® ONLINE BANKING?

The login process is simple! You don't need any other login information than what you're already using for your Greater Kentucky Credit Union CU 24/7 Online Banking. To begin, login to your GTKY online banking with your standard Logon ID and security code.

FINDING YOUR VISA®

Your Visa® card is represented with the last 4 digits of the card number. For example, if your card ends in the numbers 1234, you'll see the last half of your account number followed by "=*1234".

Your Visa® can be located under the Overview tab under “balances” (if set as one of your "favorite accounts" in your preferences) or under the Account Access tab under "loan accounts".

LOGGING IN WITHOUT THE HASSLE

To login to your Visa® Online Banking from here, you'll just click the Visa® on your account!

Once you click this link, it will redirect you to your Visa® Online Banking without any additional login information. You're all set!

If you have popups blocked, you'll need to select the "Click Here" link to be redirected.

 


HOW DO I GET TO VISA® ONLINE BANKING?

SUMMARY, ACTIVITY, AND STATEMENTS

From the Summary tab, you'll be able to see quick information about your credit card, including payment due, available credit, total limit, and more.

The Activity and Statements tab will allow you to see all pending and current transaction history on your Visa® and previous statement period history.

MAKING AND VIEWING PAYMENTS

The Payments tab allows you to not only pay your Visa® with routing and account information, but it also allows you the ability to setup Autopay, see payment history, and lookup phone and mail payment information.

As a reminder, the new number for Visa® customer service is:

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

You'll find a lot of great features that make managing your card easier than ever from the Products and Services tab. From here, you can set up Account Alerts, Interactive Texting, enroll in E-Statements, and Consolidate your Balances from other credit cards to your Greater Kentucky Credit Union Visa®.

Don't forget - you must have a valid email address to setup Account Alerts.
